Our  No Refund Policy

Here at Sweet and Spotless LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services to every client. Our team works hard to ensure your home or business is cleaned with care and professionalism.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, pleas note the following regarding our No Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds

All payments made for cleaning services are non-refundable. Once a service has been scheduled and/or completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

2. Service Quality Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service. We will gladly return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost. This complimentary re-cleaning is offered once per service and must be scheduled within 3 business days of the original appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Any last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a partial / full service charge.

4. Payment Policy

  • All payments are due at time of booking. Because services are reserved in advance, payments secure your appointment and are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds will only be considered if services were not provided at all due to fault on the part of Sweet and Spotless LLC (e.g., a no-show by our cleaning team).
